Tammy visits Tuckfields secure storage site
Tuckfields secure storage site
To ensure compliance and safety for our clients, Tuckfield Conveyancing have engaged a professional archiving service with state of the art security for both their peace of mind and our clients.
The Information Management Group (TIMG) have been Tuckfield Conveyancing’s storage facility for many years.
This week Tammy Edwards visited the site and it was clear from the moment she arrived why they are the front runners for information management across Australia.
Security is paramount
To enter the facility, Tammy had to be identified via an intercom at the electronic gates. Upon entering the premises, lanyards and high-vis jackets were provided. Every door was secured with coded alarms and each staff member was provided with barcoded lanyards that corresponded with the room they were working in.
The State Manager, Maurice Hewson explained that when files were collected from our office they are bar-coded and the driver is tracked via GPS back to the premises to ensure the whereabouts of our files at all times.
A small price for peace of mind
“Many firms store their files in their office or worse still, in their garden sheds. While there is a small fee associated with storing our client’s files, what price can you put on peace of mind and security?”
says Tammy Edwards, CEO
Tammy was surprised by the enormity of the site. It was clear to see that there were very clear processes in place to know the whereabouts of every file stored.
Our first choice
This visit leaves no doubt in Tammy’s mind why TIMG is the first choice when it comes to storing company and client information. TIMG are leading service providers, with systems in place for all circumstances and the ability to set the standard in their industry.
