The team at Tuckfields would like to reassure our clients and referrers that it’s business as usual for us as we navigate the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have implemented a COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan which includes having our teamwork remotely to ensure their and your safety, with seamless delivery of services and no disruption to our clients at all.
It has been fantastic to see agents adapting quickly to restrictions on open inspections and property auctions, while buyers and sellers are embracing options such as virtual inspections and online auctions.
Tuckfields led the way in embracing electronic settlements when the PEXA system (more info) was first introduced in South Australia in 2016. Now that paper settlements are limited with the closure of the settlements room at the Lands Titles Office, the Tuckfields team is continuing to process all settlements electronically through PEXA.
Our Form 1 company has also been operating electronically for over 18 months with software in place for clients to sign documents using the secure DocuSign platform.

All Tuckfields software systems are cloud-based, so our team can continue to process transactions quickly and efficiently and our back-office systems remain fully operational. We also have phone redirections in place, meaning all messages and enquiries will be directed to the relevant team member.
We’ve always known that Tuckfields’ early adoption of technology and focus on continuous improvement were the right strategies for us, for our clients and for our referrers. The current circumstances, while challenging, have proven that our systems and our team are incredibly resilient and adaptable.
We’re so proud of our team for taking these changes in their stride and continuing to process transactions safely and successfully, while maintaining the high quality of customer service you’ve come to know and expect from us.
