300 Reasons to Celebrate!
The milestones just keep coming here at Tuckfields! We recently celebrated the completion of 300 PEXA settlements which is a huge effort, and a testament to how well the Tuckfields team have embraced the shift to digital.
You may remember that we celebrated completing 100 PEXA settlements back in November 2018 (read article here), which means our team has more than doubled the number of electronic settlements completed in the past 12 months compared to the previous year.
PEXA electronic settlements were first introduced in South Australia in 2016 and since then Tuckfields have led the way in transitioning from paper to digital settlements. By embracing the new technology, Tuckfields has been able to further streamline its already efficient processes.

This has resulted in many tangible benefits to Tuckfields’ clients, including:

- No more Lands Title Office delays
- More flexibility with settlement times
As the proportion of settlements completed electronically has continued to grow, the benefits to our clients have grown exponentially. PEXA also means a reduction in the number of paper documents produced, which can only be a good thing for our precious planet.
Achieving the milestone of 300 PEXA settlements reinforces that Tuckfields’ transition into the electronic settlements space was the right decision for us, for our clients and for our referrers. And we look forward to sharing our next PEXA milestone with you!
